State Senator Ed Gomes (D-Bridgeport) announced today that the Bullard Havens Technical High School in Bridgeport is expected to receive a total of $273,200 in state funds for multiple building repairs and upgrades.

The money will be used to finance various alterations and improvements at the school, which will include:
An item to approve expenditure of these funds has been added to the agenda for the next meeting of the State Bond Commission, scheduled for January 30th. It is expected that the measure will pass.
Senator Ed Gomes represents Bridgeport and Stratford in the State Senate, and serves as Senate Chair of the Housing Committee.
