Renter’s Rebate: This is for renters who are elderly or totally disabled, and whose incomes do not exceed certain limits, 65years of age or 100% disabled (Age 18 and over).  Applicant must meet one year state residency requirement. (203) 452-5198.

Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP): You may be eligible to receive funds toward your heating bill.  Contact Alliance at (203) 366-8241.
