Renter’s Rebate Program for Elderly and Disabled: Reimbursement program for renters who are elderly or totally disabled (age 18 and over), and whose incomes do not exceed certain limits. Applicant must meet one year state residency requirement. Application period from April 1st – September 30th (203) 452-5198.

Connecticut Energy Assistance Program (CEAP): You may receive between $250 to $600 towards your heating bill, depending on your income level, household size, and whether there is a vulnerable member in your household.
